4. Will a Dual SIM adaptor work with my phone?
Our adaptors work with almost all 3G and 2G phones. Check our full compatibility list for more details. If your phone is not on the list, it may still be compatible with one of our adaptors. Please

5. Does my phone need to be unlocked to use a Dual SIM adaptor?
If you are using two SIMs from different networks, it may be necessary to unlock your phone in order to use both of them with a Dual SIM adaptor.
6. What is the difference between NO CUT model and the CUT model?
Our NO CUT model adaptors require no modification to your SIM card. Your SIM cards simply fit into the adaptor, which fits inside your phone. See the installation guide in the

7. I’m scared of using the CUT model. Will I harm my SIM card by trimming it?
No! Trimming the plastic around your SIM won’t damage your SIM card in any way, and is a fully reversible process. Along with full instructions and accessories, our CUT model comes with 2 recovery units which you can use at any point to return your SIMs to their original size.

9. How do I install a Dual SIM adaptor?
All MAGICSIM adaptors are simple to install, and come with full manual and instructions with multi-language support. We offer full installation guides and videos showing how to install and use your adaptor.
10. How do I switch between SIMs?
When the MAGICSIM adaptor is installed, a menu appears automatically in the main menu of your phone, allowing you to choose which SIM to use. You can now switch between SIMs at any point in just two clicks, or by setting a shortcut key.
11. Will my current services or phone settings be affected?
MAGICSIM Dual SIM adaptors don’t affect your network services or phone settings in any way. Each SIM retains its usual call record, internet acess, video calls, etc.
12. Can both SIM cards receive calls at the same time?
As mobile phones are currently only built with one transmitter and receiver, it isn’t possible to have both SIMs active at the same time. However, our ‘autoswitch’ function enables you to switch between your two SIMs at a timed interval, to notify you if you’ve missed a call, received a message, etc.
When abroad you often incur hidden charges for making or receiving calls through foreign networks. But with two different SIMs installed using MAGICSIM (e.g. for French and German networks), you can simply switch between them and avoid automatic international roaming. You can name each of the SIM cards in your MAGICSIM adaptor. The names will then be displayed in your phone's menu, so you know which network you are connected to, making switching simple.
14. What delivery options do you offer?
We dispatch all orders within 4 hours of payment - guaranteed - for the speediest possible delivery. We use Royal Mail First Class as standard. Orders for the UK mainland typically arrive within 1 business day, Europe within 1-3 business days, International within 5-7 business days. We also offer special signed for and priority post options, available at checkout.
You can pay securely through Paypal using funds transfer, bank transfer, Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, and other major credit cards. This is a compelte secure process controlled by PayPal.
16. Is online payment secure?
Payments made by credit card and PayPal are fully secure. Follow the step-by-step instructions provided. When you are on a secure payment page, the URL starts with ‘https’ and an image of a padlock is displayed in your browser window.
17. Do you offer a product guarantee?
MAGICSIM offers a full product guarantee valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
18. My phone isn't on the compatibility list. Will a dual SIM adaptor work?
If your phone isn't on the list, it may still be compatible with one of our adaptors. Please
contact us with the details of your phone and a member of our customer service team will be happy to offer advice.
19. I need help installing my Dual SIM adaptor.
We offer full support and advice if you are having problems installing your adaptor. Before
contacting us, please ensure that both SIMs are properly connected to the adaptor and that the connection points are clean. When contacting us, please explain exactly what is happening when you try to use the adaptor, along with the make and model of your mobile. Our customer service team is always on hand to respond quickly and help to resolve the issue.
We guarantee all orders are posted within 4 hours of payment. In most cases you should receive your item within 1 business day (for UK customers), 1-3 business days (for Europe), 5-7 business days (for international). Sometimes Royal Mail First Class delivery may take a little longer. If you do not receive your item within 5 days of purchasing (overseas customers 7 days) please contact us.
