Mailbox package

All our MagicSim shipments fit through your letterbox. This means that you do not need to be at home to receive it. The shipping cost is calculated at the check-out. Shipping to the UK and most European countries costs €6,90. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
We use the country’s postal organizations. This is the most affordable tracking solution, although it takes a bit more time then with the expensive UPS, Fedex or DHL.
Due to logistic optimization we ship from Germany. Therefor tracked shipping to Germany only cost €2,90.

In the UK with Royal Mail

Shipping takes place from our hub in Bonn, Germany and takes approximately 7 working days. If there is a weekend in between, shipping takes 2 days longer. Upon arrival in the UK, the shipment of your order is taken over by the national postal service – Royal Mail – this is called the “last mile”. If your order arrives in a country other than the UK, the relevant national postal service will take over the delivery.

Tracking your order abroad

Our shipments are handled by Asendia, a partnership of the French La Post and the Swiss Swiss Post. A day after your shipment is received by Asendia you can track your shipment with your MagicSim order number via Asendia Tracking.

Tracking order country of destination

After arrival in the country of destination (the UK), Asendia Tracking does not provide any more details, only a confirmation when the order has been delivered. To follow this last mile”” in more detail, you can track your order via the website of the national postal organisation. For the UK this is Royal Mail.

For this you need the international tracking no. that ends in …FR or …CH. You can find this number on the website of Asendia Tracking. See the image below of the upper right-hand section of Asendia’s website:

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, mail is still delivered – but may be delayed for some European countries, the USA, Mexico and Canada. Also for most South American, Middle Eastern and Asian countries.
