Returns
14 days reflection period
Under the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days when buying your product online. Within this period you may cancel the purchase without giving any reason. You will then receive a refund of the purchase price and shipping costs. Once you have informed us that you do not wish to purchase the product after all, you must return it within 14 days. You will have to pay the shipping costs for the return. You can also find out what your rights are on the website of the GOV.UK.
Return and exchange procedure
In order to handle your returns smoothly we ask you to follow the following steps: 1. Register return/order number Report your return with an order number by e-mail or via the contact page of the website.2. Exchange or return period * Report within 14 days after receipt of your purchase that you wish to return it. * Send your return within 14 days after our confirmation.
3. Further Information * We will ask you some questions about the product, you are not obliged to answer them of course. * In case of a defective product, please indicate whether you want a replacement product instead of the purchase price.
4. Track & trace After receiving our return address, send the product to our return address in the Netherlands. You bear the risk in case the return is lost. We advise you to send it with track & trace, signature with receipt is not needed. Magicsim adapters fit through the letterbox, so a letterbox delivery is the most affordable option.
5. Order number IMPORTANT: write the order number on the upper left corner of the envelope.
Within 2 weeks after receipt of the return, we will send you a new product or refund the purchase price to the same account you used to make the purchase.
Warranty
1 Year Warranty
All our products carry a 1-year warranty. If you notice a defect in your product within one year, you can return it to us. Please follow the warranty procedure as outlined belowWarranty Procedure
